Keilor Park's brew-on-premises setup hands you the process rather than the pint. Choose from over 70 recipes — beers, ciders, ginger beers — then brew it yourself with staff guidance. The factory holds your batch through two to three weeks of fermentation before you return to bottle, can, or keg it. Kegerator sales and keg swap-and-go round out the offer.
