The outdoor tasting shed sets the tone — pull up a stool, raid the grazing fridge for cheese, charcuterie and antipasto, and build your own platter. Oysters are shucked fresh on weekends. The surrounding vines are among the Swan Valley's oldest, and the whole operation runs on the understanding that wine doesn't require ceremony.
