Evan Kipping and Jannick Zester started this Healesville distillery in 2016 with an open brief: explore distillation in all its forms. The range reflects that — Australia's Champion Vodka, a Gold Medal Chamomile Gin, and a single malt whisky now in the mix. Cellar door and food on site at 242 Maroondah Highway.
Address checked against the operator’s own website, 20 September 2026.
