In Badger Creek, St Ronans makes two tiers of cider: grab-and-go apple stubbies at 5.4%, and the Méthode Traditionnelle range — cork-finished 750ml bottles that spend six months on lees before hand riddling and disgorging. The result is textured, fine-structured cider that holds its own against charcuterie or a cheese plate. No added water, sugar, or concentrate.
