Zenith Distillery

The tasting room sits inside the 1844 Pier Hotel on Elizabeth Street, pouring small-batch gins and liqueurs made from local Tasmanian botanicals. The range spans a Huon Pine Gin, a Winter Gin, limoncello, blackcurrant and coffee liqueurs — all made by a distiller with a chemistry background. Thursday to Sunday, noon till seven.
