Woodlands Distillery

Four friends founded this Great Southern distillery in 2018, converting a shearing shed on a 450-acre farm at the foot of the Porongurup Range. Gins are made with native botanicals and grain grown locally; the water comes off granite rock. Small-scale and genuinely place-specific.
