Sam Plunkett has been making wine in Victoria's Strathbogie Ranges for more than 25 years; the winery he runs with Bron Dunwoodie has been based in central Seymour since 2012. The Stardust & Muscle — made by fermenting with hand-picked uncrushed berries — is the standout, and the Victorian range draws on fruit from across the state.
