Winburndale Vineyard & Winery

On the cool slopes above Saint Anthony's Creek Road, 15 minutes east of Bathurst, Winburndale keeps things hands-on: hand-pruned vines, hand-picked fruit, open fermenters, hand-plunged reds. The lineup runs from the Remnant Shiraz and Fontana Cabernet Sauvignon through to a Pinot Gris and Rosie's Rosé. Cellar door is walk-in on Saturdays; accommodation lets you stay for the sunset.
