On Old Argyle Road outside Exeter, the Panizzutti family runs St Maur across 16 acres of volcanic Southern Highlands soil. Three ranges — Lot 41, the Saint Series and limited-release Mara — move from estate staples to cellar-door specials, all made by traditional methods and rested in oak. The cellar door also runs a private dining room.
