South Coast Brewing and Chubby Unicorn share the space, turning out cans — Maslins Red Ale, Moana Mid, Sublime Pine — alongside raspberry and lemon vodkas. Pizza by Bella runs food service Friday to Sunday. There's also a mini golf course. It's more layered than the address suggests.
