Thomastown's Snow Monkey takes Japanese sake and runs with it — naturally fermenting a sparkling, flavoured drink that owes as much to Australia as it does to Jigokudani. Two canned varieties: Passionfruit & Yuzu (43 calories) and Lemon & Yuzu (59 calories). No added sugar, gluten free, and bracingly low on ceremony.
