At 94 Wilkie Street on Brisbane's south side, Slipstream's original brewery, bar and kitchen pours a core range that runs from Laguna Pacific Ale and Regatta Lager to G-Force IPA and Sundrift Hazy XPA, brewed on the stainless-steel setup in full view of the tables. The kitchen leans modern Australian and seasonal, and the room takes bookings for dinners, gatherings and functions Tuesday through Sunday.
