A Yarra Valley family of six — spanning real estate, construction, and hospitality — settled on a Tuesday in early 2025 and were harvesting by Saturday in 37-degree heat. Their first Sandhurst Ridge vintage includes a Sauvignon Blanc, rosé, and Bendigo Shiraz, with Daylesford winemaker Chris Dilworth mentoring from the sidelines. The final vintage from previous custodian Paul Greblo will also be bottled alongside theirs.
