Reckless Brewing Co.

Three friends — Grace (head brewer), Jarrod, and Alice — run Bathurst's only local craft brewery out of a heritage-listed ex-flour mill beside the Rail Museum. Unpasteurised, preservative-free, mostly vegan: the range spans IPAs, stouts and lagers, with limited releases alongside the regulars. The taproom pours straight from the source, with a beer garden and street food menu alongside.
