Plume Estate grows wine on the eastern slopes of the Perth Hills near Bickley, where elevation and winter rainfall suit cool-climate varieties. The vineyard has installed solar panels integrated with vine trellising—a system that generates electricity while managing canopy shade. Tastings are held on a north-facing terrace; the winery sources produce from nearby farms.
