Kenton Campbell — founder of Zarraffa's Coffee — poured $6 million into this lager-focused brewery inside Eagleby's Distillery Road Market precinct. German yeast and noble hops underpin the range: the light Summer Dry, the dry Pure Crisp, and the full-strength Komodo Black. A 300-seat beer garden overlooks the Albert River.
