Peregrine Ridge

Peregrine Ridge sits on the east face of the Mt Camel Range at Toolleen, the highest vineyard on that side, its Cambrian soils run through with green jasper stone. The estate grows and makes only Shiraz, in every form: still and sparkling, a basket-pressed single-vineyard 'Pressings', reserve bottlings held for years, and a fortified. The cellar door opens on weekends for tastings, platters and coffee, with the range spread out below.
