North of Eden Artisan Distillery

Gavin and Karen run this farm-shed distillery from a 12-acre property in the Bega Valley, where a highland cow named Flora handles PR and three dogs nominally assist. The cellar door and gin school opened in late 2019, weeks before the Black Summer fires came within kilometres of the boundary. The oyster shell gin alone is reason enough to make the detour.
