Michelle and Phil bought this Kalgan River property in 2017, converting an existing building with salvaged timber from the Emu Point Jetty and Maylands Traffic Bridge. The materials connect the cellar door to the river's own history — a considered touch that extends to the wines made from the surrounding cool-climate vines.
