Five years from dream to first barrel-aged Pure Single Rum — Mad Monkey has since added Baked Apple, Coconut N Cane, and small-batch releases aged in Oloroso and Muscat barrels. Tours and tastings run from their Dudley Park distillery. The honey is theirs too.
