Little Blessings Brewing

Craig and Cat Blesing didn't plan to buy a church. They were staying at the caravan park across the road when the 1875 Laura Baptist Church came up for sale. The surname coincidence — a Blesing was among the founding congregation — sealed it. The limestone building now pours beer and gin beneath original stained glass windows in the Southern Flinders Ranges.
