Morisset's first brewery, opened in 2020, changed hands in late 2025 when Malcolm and Chris took over with plans to roll out their own small-batch lineup alongside taps celebrating other Lake Macquarie producers. The room is built for staying: families, neighbours, a mid-week pint. Wednesday through Sunday, no bookings required to understand why the locals kept coming back.
