Kawal Rock Distillery

Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, this women-owned distillery produces small-batch gin, vodka, and brandy from 60-year-old vines. Known for their signature gins including Pink Diamond and Itchy Wombat, plus the Hunter Valley's only brandy made from grapes affected by the 2019 bushfires.
