Iron House Brewery

On Tasmania's East Coast at Four Mile Creek, Iron House has been growing vines, brewing beer and laying down whisky since 2005. The Tasman Whisky range — including an 8-year single malt and a slightly peated cask-strength bourbon finish — is matured in ocean air a short walk from the Tasman Sea drop-off. Vineyard, brewery and distillery under one roof, all on site.
