Hunter Gatherer Winery & Cellar Door, Macedon Ranges

A regenerative winery and cellar door on Pipers Creek–Pastoria Road, farmed on Taungurung land in the Macedon Ranges. The vineyard runs cover crops, solar and soil-focused methods, with wines poured and explained by the person who made them. Bottles range from a wild-fermented Cabernet Sauvignon to a Chardonnay, rosé and a Pet Nat. Open Saturday and Sunday, noon to 5pm.
