What started as six rows of vines on an apple farm is now a six-hectare Pinot Noir operation in the Huon Valley, run entirely by the Bennett family — Terry and Rosemary, son Sean managing the vineyard, daughter Kelly running the wine club. The restaurant opens Thursday to Monday. Twenty-seven years of gradual, deliberate expansion shows in the detail.
