The Story

Brett and Michelle's family operation ferments and triple-distils everything from scratch — no bought-in bulk spirit. Rainwater off the roof goes into every batch; potato vodka pulp feeds local pigs. The Lyonville Sloe Gin is hand-harvested and steeped for a full year. Whiskey Batch 10 is the current limited release: light straw, butterscotch nose, vanilla finish.
