Greg Cooley swapped real estate and a Wendy's franchise for Clare Valley fruit in 1999, founding his label three years later. Now 24 vintages in, he and partner Kelli Shanahan run the cellar door themselves — direct sales, live music on the deck, and wines sourced from a tight network of Clare and Adelaide Hills growers.
