Fifteen minutes from McLaren Vale, this South Australian operation runs small-batch gin out of a newly opened distillery door in Mount Compass. The Botanic Gin — juniper, lemon myrtle, rosemary, Tassie pepperberry, elderflower — took Double Gold at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Awards. The Spiced Fig is the crowd favourite.
