Du Cane Brewing

Brewer Will Horan launched Du Cane after a spilled beer at the summit of the Du Cane Range cut short an otherwise perfect Cradle Mountain traverse. The venue carries that energy — a dining hall built around a wood-fired pizza oven, all-Tasmanian beer, and the assumption that most people arriving have either just come off a trail or are planning to get on one.
