Dindima Wines and Cellar Door

The name comes from the Wiradjuri word for "group of stars." The wines, made by James Bell from estate-grown, hand-picked fruit, lean French in style — cool-climate characters, stainless steel for the unwooded whites, French and American oak for the reds. The 2017 Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are the ones to seek out.
