David Traeger has been making wine for 45 years, and his cellar door on High Street, Nagambie, reflects a similar vintage — an 1870s building with a 140-year-old underground cellar where you taste his two calling cards: old-vine Shiraz and Verdelho. Approachable without being simple, both are made to drink young or hold.
