Michael Bynon spent four decades in wine before planting vines here in 2016 — his MW-level palate earned him "the Nose." At the Tarago cellar door, open Friday to Monday, he and Scottish-born Jill pour estate and regional wines from the Southern Tablelands alongside a pantry stocked with local produce. The surrounding 120 acres borders the Corang River.
