Chrismont

High above the King Valley floor at Cheshunt, Chrismont grows Mediterranean grape varieties and pours them at a cellar door open daily. The kitchen draws on Italian cooking from north to south, with seasonal dishes built for unhurried lunches from Friday to Tuesday. Accommodation, a wine club and views across Victoria's High Country round out the estate.
