Bulong Estate Winery

Matt grows the grapes, makes the wine, and bottles it on the same 120-acre Upper Yarra property — no fruit leaves the land. The estate's oldest vines are Pinot Gris, planted in 1995, and surplus fruit goes to the likes of Mac Forbes and Innocent Bystander. Monica runs the venue side. The amphitheatre-shaped property sits beneath Mount Donna Buang, just outside Yarra Junction.
