Trev Harch has been farming this Eden Valley block since 2007, though the Riesling vines go back to 1896. Wines are named for family members — the William Frederick Shiraz after Trev's late father, the Mackenzie William Riesling after a grandson. Book ahead; this is appointment-only, and Trev tends to pour the stories alongside the wine.
