Brass Monkey Brew House

A nano-brewery on the Granite Belt at Severnlea, south of Stanthorpe, where Ernie Butler brews and bottles every beer on site. Family-run, with beer poured on tap and sold as takeaways from the door. The kitchen runs a short home-cooked menu Friday through Sunday, midday to three; the taproom is open five days a week.
