Bluestill Distillery

On the Grenfell Road, in Young's old JD's Jam Factory, Bluestill has been running since 1995 — long enough to accumulate a range that includes James Bentley Whisky, Black Widow Honey Bourbon, Sour Mash Bourbon, Red Kelpie Rum, and a cherry liqueur made from local fruit. The converted factory now doubles as a gallery for regional makers. Tastings available; buses welcome.
