Jann and Harry Dillon have lived in Katoomba for more than 30 years, and their gin and vodka operation is the first craft distillery to set up in the Blue Mountains. The range covers gin, vodka, liqueurs and a Negroni. Small batches, mountain address, and a stated philosophy of drinking less but better.
