Pierre grew up making mead in the Breton family tradition. Forty-odd years later, he and Glenice produce sparkling honey mead on their Torrington property using the ancestral method — no added carbonation, no disgorging, no artificial additives. Batches shift with the season and the local eucalyptus honey supply. Each bottle takes up to two years to finish.
