Wombat Forest Vineyard

Fifteen minutes from Daylesford, this family-owned vineyard backs onto Wombat State Forest, producing small-batch cool-climate wines from volcanic soil, aged in French oak. The cellar door deck looks out over dams and native bush — mulled wine in winter, Aperol spritz in summer. The Burrow, their forest-view event space, handles weddings and private gatherings beside the vines.
