Red Duck Brewery

Scott and Vanessa Wilson-Browne started Red Duck on a farm at Lake Purrumbete in 2005, moved it to Ballarat in 2009, and have kept it deliberately small ever since — average batch size is 510 litres. No hop extracts, no additives, no dilution. Just whole hops, all-grain mashing, and a brew house built from reconditioned secondhand equipment.
